Jenni Muldaur - Black Clouds

The daughter of Geoff and Maria Muldaur, Jenni grew up surrounded by music and musicians. Jenni's own musical career took off when she was asked to join Todd Rundgren's band for a world tour and subsequent recording. Jenni's vocals soon became sought after and she went on to perform and record with the likes of Eric Clapton and Steely Dan. With deep roots in folk and blues, Jenni expanded her horizons and embraced modern musical styles in collaborations with such punk visionairies such as John Cale and Robert Quine.

I had found this CD at a so-called bargain basement bin. This was one I took out of curiosity. This is a great song as is "Love On" which is track 7. The others are only so-so in my opinion, but these two made it worth the purchase. In checking out her bio it appears as if she has been active right along even though only having two solo CD's 17 years apart. This song deserved to be a big hit, but don't believe it even made the Top 100.
