We do something very similar to the Russian twist in my yoga class, except we straighten our legs!

Those squats look really hard on the knees, but the other exercises are cool. She's a good instructor and her workouts are tough.

I held onto the edge of my bed doing the pistol squats but did the rest in form. 22:86 Fast today but still crazy tuff. This is day 19 for me and I am totally feeling the benefits of your workouts. Thank you Zanana! x

(6'3") I find that i can do 1 on each leg if the ground is very steep, otherwise just use a small bench, similar to last zwow 18 last exercise, and use as much legs as possible rather than hands.

Did it faster than you, but can't go all the way down on the pistols, however I did better than last time, little by little I'll get there, thanks, not the hardest but sweat like a pig.
