i can only get my elbows to touch the wall, the rest of my arm no way, and i've been trying for 2 weeks now!! is it normal that the lower spine become super arched in this excercise? is there an easier/safer way to do this exercise?? thanks.
Too much arch in the T/L region. You get much more out of the exercise if you maintain contact with the wall with the sacrum, T/L region, scapula, shoulders, EOP, elbows, and hands.
