this makes me feel good-brings back old youth memories.Tis the days of sacramento when cal and sac was a good place to raise kids...now librializm turned that place into a town of gang violance,murders and illeagal mexicans takeing all the jobs.But for a minute on youtube i traveled to a better time.

An instrumental of this theme was used for their Sunday-night sign-off until 1987 when they went full 24/7. Never heard this version before.

Great jingle!! Sounds quite a bit like the M*A*S*H theme song!! LOL LOL
I played on a version of this jingle when I was a studio musician in Sacto back in the day. The guy near the end, in the hammock with the blue shirt used to do the Handy Andy commercials & I think he played in Charlie Peacock's band at one time.

Yeah, that guy in the hammock did *a lot* of Sacramento commercials in the early '80s.
