Rust in the water at Presidential House Apartment Rental North Miami beach FL

The rust begun to show in December, 2008, causing the skin allergic reaction, redness, skin rush and itching almost instantly. The manager, Ms.Tania Leon ignored the request to resolve the issue and finally, she was served with the 7 days Notice of Intention to Withhold daily rent amount until fixed. It took nearly few weeks for them to get the pro plumber to look at it and it was the end. The rust continues to come with the water and the skin allergic reaction shows as before. We are forced to take the shower elsewhere. Several residents at Presidential House Apartments already joined us to testify in court. The manager of Presidential House needs to be impeached.

hi...i think we may have rust issues also...i read in the description the skin issues...wondering then if you had issues with scalp/hair...hair falling out, not growing back or limp? wondering if you had any other heatlh concerns such as liver issues? also, can they not change the pipes? take care.

their 40yr old inspection did not grand-father all of it needs to this building. AIMCO wont do shit to solve this issues TRUST ME....

Maybe the D.E.P. would take a sample to test if you called them?
