Why San Francisco MUNI sucks.

Are you a polite paying customer of San Francisco MUNI? Have a baby & a dog? LOOK OUT? Childish bus driver is repeatedly rude, then petulant after I asked him to please "lower the ramp" so I could get my stroller and dog onto the bus. He pouted and sighed for :40 seconds, finally another rider helped me get the baby onto the bus. He then: 1) started harassing me about policy holding the child 2) Accused me of not muzzling the dog (which was) 3) Not paying fares (which I did, for me and the dog) 4) "Challenging is authority"

Upon reaching the station, for 10 minutes he pouted and would not identify himself, call a supervisor, or communicate with me other than to be rude, huff & puff, and pout. He finally "pointed to his shoulder" to give his ID number.

San Francisco MUNI- SHAME ON YOU. I have seen people fight, urinate, swear, drink, use drugs, be rude, and REGULARLY NOT PAY. As a decent human, and customer of SF MUNI for a decade, I am apalled at his behavior and my treatment. I post this video in hopes that SF MUNI will take action, because I'd hate for this to happen to my wife, or another rider.

The driver was right on all counts. The handicapped ramps are lowered for handicapped passengers only -it's specifically stated so in the City's code as is the rule that strollers must be folded:

And why in heck are you bringing a dog onboard? It's not your pet transportation service. Others may be afraid of or be allergic to pets. Knock off the snowflakery. Your whiny voice cant hide your air of entitlement that rules others follow dont apply to you.

Poor Driver. almost all muni drivers are bitches yes but this one was just a frustrated guy trying to complete his Bus Route you made him put the Parking Brake on because he was getting tired just go on the Internet and look up "SFMUNI OFFICES and it will show you dont fuss around with the driver get the bus number the time of the incident and call let the poor driver get on with his life.

The bus driver actually seems pretty calm. I've riden Muni for 30+ years and I've seen much worse. I'm leaning a bit towards what Forbin Collusus says that insisting on bringing a dog aboard is not typical and the driver has the right to refuse certain dogs, I believe.
