you probably move the solid position, adjust the position of cc particle system at effect

Can someone help me? I made the 'smoke effect' everything worked out great, BUT how can i animate it.. So it can go left right, make circles or something.. Do i have to press something when i move it just like he does?, He just stops at a time and draggs it again, but if i do that, it doesnt stay that way, when i play it.. what am i doing wrong?

@dancelicious you need to click up top on the left side layer>new>solid pick a color background blacks a good one and that should work

I have Cs5 after effects and the cc particles shows up when i search in effects but it won't let me apply to the composition nothing happens?? What is wrong? BTW awesome video its not boring at all =)
