  • this is great! Anyone know what the boat drawing at the beginning is for?

  • @alligatorgal

  • Why did you leave us so soon, Roy? We'll miss you always......RIP

  • Roy was a real looker back then. Not too say Ronnie is ugly or anything he had that rugged thing going on throughout (which is always attractive) but Roy was good looking for sure in his youth. Plus this is a great song and even better done by them.

  • This is one of the few videos I've seen in which Roy and Ronnie actually look at each other and look like they like each other (-: A pleasure to watch!

    Greetings from Norway

  • this is one of the best versions. love this scottish songs and the corries.

    greetings from germany

  • I only know the Steeleye Span version of this song, but this is beautiful. Will definitely check out more Corries.

  • Amazing song and video.. Truly takes me back to a time long ago when my Scottish ancestors fought to preserve their culture and way of life.. may it live on!

  • Being as I am ignorant on Scottish instruments, what's the percussion instrument? It looks like a larger version of an Irish bodhrán.

  • Look at the shoulders on they young Scottish lads,, look at the beard on that young Scottish man

  • an old scottish jacobite song given an irish makeover as the rockey road to dublin but its scottish and written in 1715!
