¡Hoy te enseñaremos a cocinar las riquísimas enchiladas poblanas! Agasaja a tus seres queridos y toma nota de este platillo.
-3 jitomates bola, asados, pelados y sin semilla.
-24 tortillas
-6 chiles poblanos
-1 manojo grande de flores de calabaza
-120 granos de elote cocidos
-60 gramos de cebolla asada
-30 gramos de cebolla picada
-2 dientes de ajo
-350 gramos de queso fresco desmoronado
-150 gramos de queso manchego rebanado
-4 cucharadas de aceite
-sal y pimienta al gusto
