    you better focus your head underwater and dont afraid...when you hit your breef focus ear on shoulder if you put head a little over the shoulder the ear will be with water...and you must stop ... My advice is hold your breef enjoj while you swiming freestyle and when you learn its fantastic feel trust me !

  • this type of swmming is not recommended for life guard course, as the head needs to be out of water while swimming

  • I am really trying to manage to compleate 100m swimming free style, but im dead out of air by 50m! although I know how to swim properly and jog in the park,sprint, do swimming regularly, i still cant manage to do 100m, as im out of breath. what am I lacking, What am I lacking? :( :(
