@killwill07 Take it from someone who has done both, marching band takes a lot more skill and brain power than football. You have to know where you have to be on the field AT ALL TIMES, and you have to know how many steps you have to make it from one picture to the next. You also have to play music, breathe correctly, maintain proper horn angle, remain in step, keep your cool, listen across the entire field, and on top of that stay supportive to a team that makes fun of us. Think again.

@musicalone56 Yep third year in marching band. Its like any other sport. If you cant take practicing memeorizing not hitting other peopl, listen across the band watching a drummajor being in step, counting, practicing again, and being aware of ur surroundings this is not for you. If dont pay attention someone WILL get hurt. Shout out to all my fellow marchers out there.!!!!

its my first year marching (i play baritone) and i have two trombones beside me on each side and we do an all horn suicide in our closure and its pretty fuckin beast...its faster than that and i havent been hit once
