Randy Hales Boot Camp/Body fit program @ Tiger Muay Thai & MMA Training Camp in Phuket, Thailand runs from 6-8am Monday-Friday. Once a month TMT's body fit program tests their students fitness level by putting them through a 20km run, worm up + 10km run dragging a tire and a 10km race to the top of the Big Buddha mountain.

  • So Boot Camp is from 6-8, then straight on to Muay Thai technique? I'm confused about the programs schedules and didn't find it on the website!!

  • i run 10 km and do 10 push-ups every 300 metres , got any tips thay could help me out training?
