It's amazing that Susie Spirit was in this battle royal match considering that she was recovering from her elbow dislocation injury. Still, I love the results from this match in the end. And yes, too bad for Attache, well, she'll be rewarded someday soon.

Thanks for the comments. Bit of trivia here...this Battle Royal took place on the same taping as the brutal Attache v Tina submission match, hence the knee brace on Attache. Attache must have been cursing Tina when that day was over!

@TheJohnnyCotts except the Raps are different, Wrestlicious has raps w/ animations in the background and GLOW would have Wrestlers on either side, the only things that are the same is Johnny C (from Seasons 3-4) who's Wrestlicious' Ring Announcer, and Steve Blance (The Referee turned Commissioner in all seasons in GLOW)

Agreed. The GLOW girls probably had more in common with the Diva Search girls than women wrestlers. They were aspiring actresses and models who got some training from one of the Guerreros (I think it was Mando), then thrown into the ring. Yes, the skits were hokey and the girls weren't exactly Wendi Richter or Sherri Martel in the ring, but it was fun.

They did have a championship: the GLOW crown. For whatever reason, the champion had a tiara instead of a belt. I'm not sure who had it at the time of this match, though.

The closest thing they got to GLOW nowadays is Wrestlicious. Never seen it, but the basic premise is the same.

I love Mount Fiji walking around with a woman over each shoulder and sweeping more into her huge arms. She was taking on 5 at once. What a woman.
