What exactly does he mean your emotional issues rise to the issues? I think I know what he means because I am not the happiest person on raw foods. It is so hard for me to deal with my depression when I was used to emotional eating.

he is not bragging when he says that he became 100% raw in one day. it is possible. it was the same for me. i didn't think it was possible either... then i saw the light and there was no way i was ever going back.

this fools a ego-tweeb. like "i read a book... and in one day... i became raw." well it's taking me over 3 year and i'm not raw. here are my specs: good foods = kale, collard, spinach. bad foods = fruits, nuts, and a can of olives with sea salt and vinegar.

Great video!!! i'm a vegan not raw completely yet. for me i would say the Wisdom i've gained being vegan is my body truly is a precious machine that i have complete control of. feeding my body great food helps it function smoothly and correctly without sickness or laziness. PEACE

I like what he and Angela have been doing. I just wish they would tie back their hair and visibly wash their hands. Hippydom is ok...heck I was a flower child, but come on, man!
