Very informative stuff. I too have noticed we NFs tend to over-personalize things. I think maturity helps us keep that in line though. As an INFP I've struggled with it. When I'm in a serious disagreement with someone-- the demeanor of the person I'm talking to factors in of course-- it can take a real concerted effort to stay level-headed and impersonal. But I must be succeeding because NT's mistake me for one of them fairly often. Knowing NT's, that's a supreme compliment.

Credible is a much better word choice. What an example I'm being, I'm reacting to an ISTF's word choice. It happens all the time to me. Are they bad at those kind of things?
What I mean is it shouldn't be that hard for us ENFPs to understand someone who is primarily logical, should it? We all have some understanding of logic thought, everyone. However, how can on imagine to think artistically & spontaneously like an ENFP, 1 couldn't imagine that thinking style. My opinion.

please do a video interview with ENFP and INFP, and differences... that would be so helpful!
i love your web btw.
Er... What? I'm an ENFP. I have two ISTJ's in my family. I am the only one that was a skeptic. I am the only atheist in my family... I have to say getting an ISTJ to analyze an ENFP as gullible is laughable.

@ChaosBeerY You are using "skeptic" in a very limited way -- as if it only means religious skeptic (atheist). That's not what we mean. And in this context, I prefer the term "credulous" to "gullible" myself. ENFPs are quite credulous, whether it's believing the next Harry Potter movie will be great, to thinking the Obama administration really *will* reform the country. I invite you look for forms of credulity outside a religious context. (And I don't follow your reference to ISTJ.)
