  • That was exactly how I made my cables the first time too! The homemade pipe ends and some really stiff cable. same results too...they got hot, welded themselves, and burned the cables!

  • lol hahahahaha yea it probably wasn't the best idea, but it worked at the time!

  • SWEET JESUS MAN GET SOME ELECTRICIANS GLOVES, every time you touch a wire i wait to hear BUZZZZZZZ no more Kyle. I do like it I must say, your buddy is a good hand at finding space for everything. I would suggest that you get some stronger springs and shocks for the front though. just in case. Keep up the good work. Like Red Green alway's say's "Im rooting for ya, where all in this together".

  • lol turns out all you need is good leather gloves for 120vdc, I was so excited that I forgot to put them on until like the last two cables. I LOVE RED GREEN hahaha Thanks for watching!

  • What is it? Shrink wrap? Heat wrap? Something like that...or maybe something tube... Anyways! May I recommend putting it over the end of your cables? Where wire meets the end?

  • ounce again man great vid, you should have used your friend there for a light man to help us see the full splendor of what u have made. Keep up the good work

  • Don't forget to heat-shrink the ends of your cables over where the lugs meet the insulation. Great work man!

  • on my car i have a circuit breaker mounted mid pack. when it is open circuited you can touch what you like and wont get zapped. its not dangerous if you stop and think about what your doing first! chapter five of the book of common sense! haha!

  • All 11 batteries in the front! That's really cool! Also, nice information in the video. Great series!

  • oop's sorry, for last post it was typed before seeing the end of video!

  • you mentioned plastic bolts to mount the "pexi glass" to the metal bracket, to isolate the kelly controller.............I dont know if these will be to big for your liking........but toilet seat bolts is an idea, they are plastic/nylon. and are fairly stout.......just a thought? ...........your conversion is comming along nicely, keep up the good work!
