There's a march to the governor's mansion tonight in Carson city for any of you that are near there. The website listed in the video has all the petition info. You can either sign on line or download petitions from the page. We have two weeks to get another 3000 signatures. The hunt was 1. It was introduced without following correct procedure, 2. It's just not really sport 3. The bear population in NV is barely (pun) stable - approx 200 bears total.. 4. It's not going to solve the nuisance bear problem. 5. It affects trail safety. 6 The vast majority of the public are against it..

Yes indeed. So we have to keep sending the message that we are not going away and that we want our voices to be heard. Keep sending this message... if enough of us step up we can turn this around, and ultimately people will see what's really been going on.

Governor Sandoval: So many of us here in California are totally appalled by your callous, barbaric bear hunt! Many of us will no longer travel to Nevada, (Los Vegas, etc) for any form of consumerism or tourism as long as you continue to support this horrific act!!! You will get NOT ONE DOLLAR of money or support from me and so many like me as long as you continue your barbaric brutality. EVOLVE NEVADA!!! THE WHOLE COUNTRY IS WATCHING YOU!!!!!!
