This week is week one. Do these abs workouts before bed in addition to your regular intense fitness routine. YOU CANNOT GET NICE ABS OVER NIGHT. Hard work, healthy diet, commitment and consistency will pay off. You will see the results

Wow...so inspiring! My femur was fractured in August and I am slowly trying to get back into shape after being on crutches and using a leg brace. Can I still do this workout now? I have healed and was told I can begin working out my core, quads, and hamstrings. Thank you.
