Speaking on "The Wireless Ecosystem -- What's Next?" panel at International CTIA WIRELESS® 2012, Craig Moffett, Senior Analyst at Bernstein Research says that the amount of spectrum currently in the pipeline isn't enough to meet the skyrocketing demand for wireless data. Moffett believes it's not realistic to expect 18 times the current number of base stations to subdivide cells and support increased data traffic.
