I've Google Earthed your trip and I would just love to kayak this same area.
Are there plenty of areas to camp?

@msmckinney777 I was surprised at how many beautiful places there were to camp. I felt like i could spend my life kayaking around vancouver island, and never camp in the same spot twice. however, be careful of surf landings, and knowing how to study maps. swell direction, wind, and always have a backup plan for your backup plan:) any sort of channel, or inlet or bay is almost always a safer place to land if the swell is big, Surfing has rally helped my confidence on the water :)

@msmckinney777 the Halibut was caught here on the coast, but not by me a buddy of mine who worked in a fish shop in tofino hooked me up with it as well as some smoked salmon. i left august 18th.......and with no time to spare, i didnt have any time to fish. (i only had two weeks to plan this trip because my summer job was cancelled last minute. but i carried fishing line, hooks and lours just in case i got stranded. Thanks for the interest :)
