Could there be a more clear example of 18 Pa. Cons. Stat. § 5301 section 2 violation?
The board, after hearing her rant, and then voting with her, could be considered to be in violation of Title 18, U.S.C., Section 241.
Right to be heard when recognized was clearly violated.
