In honor of the valiant and courageous warriors of Peace in Ireland: North and South, Irish and British... Those men and women who will not rest until injustice and violence are a vague memory in the hearts of the living; who vindicate the struggles of those now dead.
Peace.

  • Thank you, everyone, for the... uhm... rousing debate stirred up by the song and video! At least no-one is lukewarm... Everyone has a right to their opinion, but it would be best to advise folks that I will remove comments and block users for profanity, personal attacks, hate speech or threats. In the meantime - rock on!!

  • I don't care what your opinion on The Troubles is, this is just a great fucking song regardless of the lyrics. One of the best Irish rebel songs ever recorded.

  • Shane = King Of Ireland !!!

  • I didn't even know this was based on what happened in Birmingham over 37 years ago until I read the local newspaper and found out

  • @huntercalgary coming from the loser with no friends.....lol

  • Unity before Peace.

  • Great song. Almost as great as the SAS in Gibraltar.

  • @Bovverboy69 I wanted to know who said that and couldn't find it. One thing I did learn though is that it's not just a church but a sign inside the front door of Holy Cross Primary School, in north Belfast and also a good article about that school in Time magazine "Suffer the Little Children". Thanks for the quote. I really dig it and have held that sentiment for a long time.
