Spirit - Broken [No-Effects Contest]

YEY, finished :D
Indeed, I've been working on this project for a little while, but when I heard that Neravaira was holding a contest, I decided to re-work it a bit and remove the effects so I could enter it into her contest. Well, here's the result. Ugh, please forgive me for the less-than-epic video, Nera (and the overused use-the-swimming-scene-during-the-solo xD)... I'm totally out of my element when I'm not using WMM, and this was done entirely (except for the credits and outro) in Cyberlink PowerDirector. Not a bad program by any means, just one I'm not used to. So yeah, it could have been so much better, but the deadline is approaching and I don't have technically have WMM back for use yet, so...

Well in any case, I hope none of these effects here disqualifies this from the contest... I took out the sepia and greyscale bits, and the only 'effects' here are the occasional white flash (which are techincally an effect, but I feel that they are nearly identical to WMM flashes, which are allowed...) and fade. I tried to work on timing and emotion of clips instead. And indeed, I love this song a whole lot. xD

Let me explain quickly about the WMM thing: My desktop is broken (in the computer repair shop right now though YEY) , and the WMM I have on my laptop has glitched in the same way that nearly all Vista WMM's do - it refuses to show the preview screen. So I can't preview the vid as I make it ;-; Thus, I make the project in PowerDirector, save the file, import it to WMM to add credits and the outro, re-save it as a .WMV file, then convert it to .FLV using special software. A lot of work, yes, but I feel it's worth it :)

I don't expect this to win, but I still wanted to enter. xD And sorry for the sucky quality - it lost a lot in the converting D:
