I am an Adult that gets some Hives or Uticaria in Cold at times my hives or uticaria are not every single day. I am able to Swim even though I get hives or uticaria

Am i allergic 2 cold if i have this:
body becomes red, swollen and itchy
headache
high temperature
can't be in water longer than 2 min or else gonna get black before my eyes and start get dizzy
can't wash my hands with cold water
can't hold a bucket of ice cream in my hands
feeling tired allot of time and having no energy in ma body?

I definitely feel this little girls pain. I was diagnosed with this when I was 4. I'm almost 21 now. I've only met one other person who has it, and we are pretty much best friends now because of it! It really is no fun watching everyone else having fun swimming, or playing in the snow... But mine has eased up some in the years so I can tolerate short exposure better. I hope this girls will too!

My cousin has this condition! The first that it happened, we were swimming and she passed out. Fortunately her mom is a nurse, and performed CPR. She was OK, and today she's a mother of two girls.

@junglemanlawyer1 and some have the opposite condition, allergic to heat.. good to hear though that your cousin was fortunate enough to have her mother to do cpr and know what to do... its amazing the amount of things thta can harm or kill people... take peanuts for example, some people are allergic to nuts, and some people can even die from eating seafood like shellfish... so important to have someone close by when trying a new food for the first time etc..
