In this video clip I'm demonstrating a bicep barbell curl and reverse grip shoulder press combo. This is an awesome way to work both the biceps and front deltoids at the same time.

You will get a better pump throughout the biceps doing this exercise variation because the motion of lifting the arms up to the position where you'll then press the bar overhead hits the biceps from a unique angle that you'll never experience with regular barbell curls.

    Sure, give it a go. The only thing is you'll have to use less weight with a reverse grip.

  • how many of you guys talking about proper form have had any results doing the form and workouts you've been doing? i'm guessing after at max a year of training all your results have stopped. following all the routines in the magazines and training 2x a day 6x a week with 20sets per body part never increasing weight or size? that sound about like you guys? thought so. post a video of your proper "form" and lets see what you look like. seems to work for lee very well. and EVERYBODY ELSE. idiots
