how many of you guys talking about proper form have had any results doing the form and workouts you've been doing? i'm guessing after at max a year of training all your results have stopped. following all the routines in the magazines and training 2x a day 6x a week with 20sets per body part never increasing weight or size? that sound about like you guys? thought so. post a video of your proper "form" and lets see what you look like. seems to work for lee very well. and EVERYBODY ELSE. idiots
