Quartz is an igneous rock made out of molecules of silicon and oxygen atoms held together in a crystal pattern. They are nice to look at. There is no 'energy' in quartz crystals. Duh. If you studied Geology at university, like me, you would know this. 'Chakras?' OMG what century are you living in? LOL

GEMS AND CRYSTALS ACTUALLY DO NOT SCIENTIFICALLY CHANGE OUR LIVES. ITS ACTUALLY ALL IN THE MIND.
THE MIND IS POWERFUL THAN ANYTHING ELSE IN OUR LIVES.
IF WE SOMEHOW CAN CONTROL OUR MIND AND FEELINGS THEN WE DONT NEED THESE STONES.
THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN HEALED BY THESE STONES ARE SIMPLY UNDER A POSITIVE THOUGHT THAT
"LOOK NOW I HAVE A CRYSTAL AND SO I AM FEELING LUCKY AND AM LUCKY".
ACTUALLY THE POWER IS NOT IN THE STONE, BUT IN OUR THOUGHTS.

i was given a rose quartz and had huge nightmares when waking up my heart chakra really hurt and i was able to clear those feelings and unwanted thots, also have discoverd a major past hurt i never realised, its based around giving and giving and ending up getting hurt and them taking me for grantd and leaving, never realised my feelings around this before... might be goin to a crystal shop tomoz hopfullly get wat i need to help me on this jurnery of SELF discovery :D
