Healthymagination dramatically worsens GE employee health care in the US as well. It's a positive promotional spin on something bad for employees.
In 2009, it cost ~$375 to have a child. In 2010, it will cost $6000-$10,000. GE employees can no longer afford to have children. How sustainable do you think that is? Employees are angered to say the least.
2010 will see a billion dollar savings in net income from health care cuts. But watch out for the long term failure as top talent walks.
