@Abashi76 Wrong. Male dominance, at least in interpersonal behaviour, is absolutly nesessary for sexual attraction. In every country where dominant behaviour of males is culturally demonized, marriage rate drops, birth rate drops and more women feel unhappy about their relationships.
There are great differences in male and female behaviour, especially when it comes to reproduction. These differences have to be taken into account, else our society is doomed.

I wish to add to the points made on this video already.
Yes men generally do exceed at leadership and they should not be punished for doing so.
But there are good women leaders too. Not as many, and maybe not as great as the best men but there are some good ones.
If a women has that potential let her use it. But she must accept there will be more men down her chosen path.
