And he's also well trained in Muay Thai, and I bet you'll see far more Muay Thai kicks than TKD when he fights. I'm not even trying to knock TKD: I took it when I was a kid. But a lot of its kicks are just flashy and not much use against an experienced fighter. That being said, I have great respect for people who practice tae kwon do, and the OLD school tae kwon do is very legit.

Those Tea Kicks are just for the show, one good knee or elbow from muay thai and you are down. That's why you don't see Teakwondo in MMA.
