Wow. The copy of the game I have of this must be fucked up because after I eject the stuff into the GUILT, and when I search for it with the Scope thing, it won't show up and the nurse will tell to to put the gel on it and I can't eject the stuff into the GUILT anymore. Please tell me what to do!

he did the operation before, and it looks like that in the last Operation (this one on the vid) he missed, so the game puts that operation you missed to perfect it.

that is because if you do it too slowly the guilt will spread..causing more operations at different places

The first time you do this operation, you end up doing a minimum of 3 operations, and a max of 5 I think. I guess only the last one counts, because you only did one operation for the XS.... Wierd.
