  • Completely off the subject of weight, but is the godfather theme playing in the background?

  • lol, yes

  • Hey Dustin! On quick question: What do you mean you learned from your mistake about eating under 2000 calories? Maybe that's where my mistake is. I only eat about 1200 calories a day when I'm seriously dieting.

  • I was down to 1200 1300 calories a day working my butt off and it was going slowly. I kicked it up to 1700 to 2000 and dropped a lot of weight with less effort over a 2 month period. I felt better too, won't go that low again. Google bmr calculator and use that to find out how many calories to eat for your weight/sex/age etc. All the best.

  • Dustin, Way to go dude.I hear your disappointment but man,you have done what so few are ever able to do.I don't even know you but after watching your videos I have to say I am proud of you and I am humbled by your courage, honesty and will power. You are an inspiration and a testament to what the human heart and soul can accomplish with desire and will power.God bless you

  • You are a true inspiration to me, and as I see to many more too. Ive been trying to do this for ever, and always manage to put it aside for whatever reason. Im 31years old and I weight 86.6K so about and Im so short Jesus, 157cm, actually Im pretty active since I work outside, yet.. I eat very wrong... perhaps twice a day, (alot) and then candies and crap like hell... but for about a week ago I saw your video of how to get started and Im giving it a go. less crap more motion. feels great thanks

  • As a person who lost just over a hundred pounds a bit like you, through daily hard work and frustration, I really get encouragement from your expression of loss of confidence or the occasional setback. It helps me see how hard I might be on myself and how that might be contributing to it. I see you being hard on yourself despite how magnificent your achievement is. I wish you well and all kinds of pride in your amazing journey to get there. . Bon courage.

  • Put the Oreo away you fat fuck!! No but seriously.... keep on keeping on..... you are the man!

  • i just watched your one year vid and even though its been yrs since then you've done amazing because most people do tend to hit plateus where they cant lose for months up to a yr, but yea, if you cut the calories and exercise that remaining few pounds will come off. Have you used any supplements? ephedra based products will knock weight off 10 fold (with side affects) but many people that want to lose more naturally just take 200mg of caffeine pills for the energy boost, wondering your take.

  • Good job man, I just subscribed to your one of your videos of u sitting at the desk in the black shirt in ur room. i have a weight loss goal of 60 lbs man. im 6'3 306 lbs and i was at 321.5 at my heaviest. I am 21 headin on 22 and you have inspired me to lose the weight that I want to lose man, you are truly an amazing dude Dustin, keep up the good work man. Im on that journey of hitting 237 myself. By the way names Anthony. Hit me back dude, im proud of u.
