I like all three, but in my personal taste ELP and JT don't have nearly as much beautiful music and pretty chord progressions as those bands I mentioned, which I prefer for that reason.
As far as Rush, my favorite cd is Hold Your Fire and their keyboard-oriented period is what I prefer. In the beginning of their career, Geddy Lee was screaming too much, at least for my personal taste. As far as MB, I'm not sure they really fit with the prog genre, and their chords are much too basic.

How about ELP, Rush, Jethro Tull, and the Moody Blues?

You can see why the dreaded "music industry" wanted kill Prog Rock. 5 brilliant & inventive musicians, none of whom needed to show off, perform their marvellous music on stage. How could they sell this stuff in vast quantities to tone-deaf oiks on the street? The only answer was to kill it and bring on rap, crap & punk - now there's stuff you can really listen to - right? People have to realise that they have been conditioned by all forms of the "media" so that they can be fleeced of their cash

Hands down, the best progressive rock band the world has ever seen!
There are many really good ones, but in my opinion the beast are Genesis, Pink Floyd, Marillion, Yes, Spock's Beard, PFM, Le Orme, Area, Flower Kings.
