My Macbook Pro which I bought a few months ago is now having a sleep issue... It randomly sleeps for like a few seconds and wakes up again, and it happens really often and even when I'm typing on it... really annoying! The computer settings are all set to never so it's not supposed to happen.

I tried reinstalling the Mac OS X but the same thing kept on happening.. So most probably it's a hardware issue.

I already took it to an Authorized Apple Service Center but they were not able to fix it... Damn!

Update:
Apple Service Center replaced the sensor that makes the Macbook Pro go to sleep when the lid is closed, and now my macbook is in perfect condition.

  • @MrMacdrums... Apple had already repaired my macbook's sleep problem. They replaced the sensor that makes the macbook go sleep when closing the lid. And now my macbook is in perfect condition.
