Paul played Nashville Tennessee for the first time ever on July 26th. I have to say this is possibly my ALL TIME favorite McCartney song. I never, ever imagined that I would see him perform it live. Knowing that he has already been doing 3 songs from his 1973 masterpiece "Band On The Run" on every tour since it came out, and his recent addition of "Mrs. Vanderbilt," I couldn't have imagined him performing a 5th song. But here it is!!!

I love the piano part. I love the melody. The passion. The energy. The climax. Brilliant songwriting! This song made it a guarantee that I was going to pay WHATEVER it cost to see this show. And I did pay an insane amount for Ticketmaster's "Silver Package" that is supposed to include some limited edition merchandise that I am yet to see. Oh, anyway, back to the show.

There were two songs between video #5 ("Highway") and this one. The two songs were "Let Me Roll It" (with a bit of Jimi Hendrix's "Foxy Lady") and "The Long And Winding Road." I chose not to record these as they have been well documented in recent McCartney DVDs. Go buy them. They are awesome. Especially "Good Evening New York."

And about this July 26 concert in Nashville... Well, of course the show was amazing. What would you expect when you hear a BEATLE perfom 22 Beatles classics. He has really increased his Wings performances as well with 12 titles!
