  • work on fair lady works shuffles, you over extend the push hand, and raise the arm with the twist

  • tuck tailbone in a bit more for POWAH..... brush knee twist step spine should be a little straighter... move from the dan tien... move through hips....

  • Very nice...Form should be rounder and fuller. Hands should stop when body movement stops - CMC said "no arms". Do not drag toes but make weight shift complete before stepping up or raising leg. Dragging toes is like riding with training wheels! Hope this helps - keep playing -great job. Thanks for posting...
