@larrydonna369 If it is an HE2 then we have a kit for it. Amy can verify this for you for sure. Go ahead and order it and post your question to our Google forum for this as it is helpful for us to be able to add model numbers to the list. There are two different HE2 kits so she is likely going to need some additional info or she can send you both kits and you can return the one you don't need. Great video. We have a Kenmore He 2 plus type 832 model no. 11047512600 purchased in 2006 that has started making the dreaded bearing failing sound. I did not see the bearing / seal replacement kit for this model on your website. Does this mean I am out of luck, or is it close enough to one of the listed models? Thanks
my basket is stuck and i cant get it to pull out. i have a whirlpool duet GHW9150PW0. it was squeaking pretty bad before it happened. any pointers would be appreciated. thank you

@guitarboy507 - the shaft is likely corroded to the bearings. Protect the end of the shaft (where the pulley mounts) and the edges of your tub and pound it out. Wood is a good protector for both surfaces. Carefully pulling on the basket as you can tweak it out of round.

how long it take you start to finish?

@djnemesis82pluss1877 - depends on the person doing it and the tools and space available. quickest possible is probably a little more than an hour but likely 2-3 hours for someone doing it the first time.

BTW - we do have kits for more models than the ones we have listed. Please ping us to check and see if we have a kit for your model. Visit: hometask.com/washerrepair.aspx
Know that this is a bit of a labor of love so we are doing the best we can to add model numbers and navigate all the weird stuff the manufactures do to try to prevent this sort of simple repair.
