This fixture has the old style magnetic control gear, it uses more energy than the more modern electronic counterpart but is very reliable.

Nice! A lot better than the one in my garage lol, even when it's only -5*C, it takes about 5 minutes to stay on, before then it just flickers, or comes on, then buzzes and goes out again lol.
