(San Antonio, TX) -- The 11th Annual A Taste of the Northside, the premier Fiesta event on the city's Northside, will be bigger and better than ever featuring MORE drinks -- MORE food -- MORE Fiesta! This Fiesta event (benefiting Brighton Center) is presented by the Lynd Company and is scheduled for Wednesday, April 21, 2010 from 5:30pm to 10:30pm at the Club At Sonterra.
Kim Jefferies, Executive Director of Brighton Center, is excited to bring more to the event this year. "We started this event in 2000 with 4 restaurants and 150 guests. This year we will have over 45 restaurants and we are expecting 7000 guests! Since our humble beginnings, A Taste of the Northside has grown tremendously and raised more than $1 million to help Brighton Center's 2,200 children and their families. We are excited to provide MORE to our A Taste of the Northside guests, thus providing MORE for the children and families that benefit from Brighton," says Jefferies.
Favorite Northside restaurants will be in attendance with delicious samplings of their best dishes. Tastings of a variety of fine wines and Anheuser-Busch beers will whet the appetite of all party-goers! Music from Blue Finger Disco, The Stan Wayne Band and Jazz Prodigy will entertain guests throughout the evening.
