Lots of Loot and Rare Sword!

Where to find a bunch of gems and loot and a rare sword. This is part of the thieves guild quest chain so you have to follow it until you reach the quest "The Pursuit" once you break into Mercer's house ( I recommend lock picking around the back the using your shout to bring down the ladder ) You can get into the basement where you will find the sword Chillrend and the loot!

Protip: when the lockpicks break, they fall in the direction of the sweet spot

Oh and you missed the Gray Fox bust, which is probably one of the most important things here lol other than mercer's plans and the legendary Chillrend

lmao people have trouble lock picking u can pick expert locks with 20 in lock picking easy i dont know how people have trouble with it i never put anything in lock picking line because you dont need too
