Its a tournament i made my form in like wat one hour and practiced it in like thirty minutes the same day of the tournament so thats y my form isn't so flashy so yeah ohhhh and my brothers form he had practied for 2 months so tell me what u think =]
dude don't trip but no thanx for me im done broke my leg dislocated my ankle so i have a metal leg now so yeah can't do shit now i can't even run anyomre my brother another skool so yeah anyways dont' trip dude you didn't know so chill ^_^ not everyhting in life is what you want it 2 be ^_^
I am very sorry to hear that. Again, I did not wish to offend, just offered suggestions. Perhaps if you and your brother keep practicing what you have learned some day you may go to another school.
dude theres a difference between a form and real life combat everything you saw here was just for show not for combat trust me i know but anyways no more karate for us so no point ^_^
My apologies, I did not wish to offend or belittle your brother's talent or effort, far from it. Self-learning is very hard, experimenting to find the best way, trial and error, that sort of thing. I respect your brother for his hard work and effort, believe me. I love the Sai, and I would LOVE it if you and your brother designed a Sai vs Nunchaku kata/form where you both could show off your skills and talent. I would spread the word of it every chance I got.
dude you do your thing my brother will do his end of story he taught himself that he taught himself how to use the sais no one taught him plus there is no correct way in which 2 do a kata you make up yourself you can do anything you want. Our instructor wanted us to use our imaginaton and create a form that no one has seen b4 well guess what me and my brother delivered ^_^ oh and the sais are 10 pounds each so speed? power? yeah right ^_^
With all due respect, as a Sai practitioner myself, I wonder what is the purpose of throwing the Sai in the air and catching them? What is the purpose of twirling the Sai as opposed to just flipping from guard position to handle position? Flash and fancy party tricks.
Try creating a Kata without the flash and fancy, just efficient strikes, kicks blocks and Kamai, or combat stances. If you want to impress, impress with speed, precision and power.
yup ^_^
