Sometimes I am unable to acknowledge all of this but I took the first step to dunking yesterday evening! I mainly chosen the routine that is from (50-inch-vertical[dot]com) and within just simply two weeks, I leap 9 ins more! Dunking can be so fun!

leonciolaroco3, this video reminds me of why I play basketball, along with all the ankle breakers. If you can't dunk yet, you need to start practicing. I highly recommend you to try the one I'm using - | 50 inch vertical [dot] com | - I m 5 7 and I can dunk!

leonciolaroco3 amazing, other things is there to say?. People who have fun playing basketball need to all learn the right way to dunk, I only just a short while ago done the training system over at 50inch vertical[dot]com - it's the best program available (Guess what, I'm merely 5 7!)
