Space Shuttle Discovery - STS 133 - Final Launch of Discovery 2.24.11 (HD)

We kayaked out to the end of Haulover canal at the north end of Merit Island, FL to see the final launch of space shuttle Discovery. The sight was incredible and the sound was deafening. Shot in HD on my 7D (apologies for the wind noise, I need to get an external mic).

@tombrady87 My brother and I kayaked out into mosquito lagoon on the east coast of central Florida. We were only about 7 miles or so from the launch facility at cape canaveral Florida.
