Charter Communications has been having these problems for months now. A technician has been out to our place on several occasions and the only thing they can tell us is that there isn't anything wrong with the signal. The last technician who came out to the house told us that the problem was actually occurring at the source and Charter is just passing on a bad signal, however, they are still required to come and check out every complaint to make sure it isn't a problem at the service location.
Either way, the T.V. service is hardly useable and they really need to fix what's wrong and give everyone they're servicing a refund for at least a months worth of T.V. service. If a phone service dropped a call 75% of the time, they would lose customers fast, it's just too bad people have no other cable services in the area, other than satellite, and the HOA we live in don't allow satellite service to be installed. I thought there were laws set up regarding monopolies, but I guess that doesn't matter since the services we pay for are funding the people who make the laws.

I never thought to look on you tube in regards to Charter Comm. It's no dought they need some serious help.
