He sys, when the media interest wanes, all of a sudden boom, new sightings pop up, it sounds more like he is frustrated that they pop up, his job is to stop the media interest ..thats how it comes across . They get to the 5-10% cases really fast to stifle it, to hide crucial evidence, give it a mixed response..which straight away disheartens people and the media interest goes away. They interrogate eye witness people making them feel like stupid liars, when they are not. Men in Black = mufon
