    I have very old Braun brand processor came with many different blades in it...it's about 12 years old now.

  • I use to make it all the time, and never add salt, it's perfect for breakfast butter+Honey

  • Great video, but I make it a little different. I blend and then drain buttermilk to keep. Then I add the ice water and blend like u did...but I do that step more than once to get alll the buttermilk out, so when the water is clear. This ensures butter will last a long time. This liquid gets thrown away and not kept. The rest of my steps are the same as yours.
