This Ippon Kumite Kata begins with a soft block #3, then a shuto to the throat, followed by an outside wrist throw or Kote Gashi. Once the attacker is one the ground, the defender stomps to his brachial plexus, then executes an arm bar roll-over into a shoulder pin. After transitioning to a Bar Hammer Lock, the defender completes the technique with an eye-gouge/cervical crank, a head smash, then escapes with a shoulder roll.
