This is going to sound stupid but I'm confused as to what the 'stock' is. Dx

@Plantinus stock is basically water infused with whatever flavor the stock is. For example chicken stock, mushroom, beef, vegetable, etc. In this case we made a mushroom stock. Hopefully this answers your question ^-^
