There is no God! for what Bill Clinton has done in Haiti. As a Haitian I will never pray to God as Long as I life. I don't why, God Hate Haiti like this. 1. Bill Clinton deregularly all of the Haitian system. 2. Clinton put 10,000 NGOs from his company in Haiti. 3Froze 300 millions to the nation of Haiti.4 He lie in act he collect 300 million , when in reality he Just had the money unfroze. Bill Clinton is Haiti sheep in Wolf clothes. Bill Is The Devil.

This is great!! We could have been so much further along with make these kinds of changes. President Carter put solar panels on the White House, Reagan's administration took them down. I'm encouraging people to refuse to listen to people that say there is no such thing as global warming or that we need to fight unnecessary wars to get more fossil fuel. I encourage all efforts for us to be energy independent of fossil fuel. By-the-way, there is no such thing as clean coal technology.

The Empire State Building is visible and I hope this effort convinces others to do the same thing as that's the only way to make a significant difference. Besides, I want details and numbers! It's not enough to assert that the building is going green.

Yes the numbers and measurable results are what counts. Here are a few: For this project, the initial $20 million project will result in the Empire State Building reducing energy use by up to 38 percent and energy costs by $4.4 million annually, and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 105,000 metric tons over the next 15 years, with much of the project funded through energy and operational savings.

Excellent! Hopefully this will set an example for all buildings from this point forward, that becoming green is not only achievable, but also a real necessity.

We couldn't agree more. Buildings contribute about 40% of greenhouse gas emissions globally and in cities, the buildings can account for as much as 80% of emissions. Through improved products, technology, and systems, a typical building retrofit can realize energy savings of 20-50% . We can't ignore results like that!
