Yesterday I was arraigned on three counts of felony wiretapping - click here to read about Pete's and my year long fight on MA wiretapping charges. If convicted I face anywhere from 11.5 to 21 years in prison and up to $12,000 in fines. I say IF because the only way I'll be convicted is if the state (the system itself) protects it's own. The three people claiming that I wire tapped them are public officials, whom I recorded while acting in their "public" capacities, but we'll get more into that as we approach trial.
An arraignment is pretty basic, it's a hearing where the state decides your bail - a place holder essentially - which is to secure your appearance at future hearings/trial. If you can think of any reason you need to be outside of jail, this is where you explain that to the judge. If you're representing yourself, the goal here is to make the judge understand that you WILL be present at the scheduled dates/times.

@LawfulRebellionUK I get where you're coming from & you are correct about most of em. however this isn't a $500 dollar traffic fine to experiment theories with its Years in prison he's facing..even if the lawyer sat from a back pew for violations of Law for an appeal if needed...maybe contact the lawyer of the guy that was 'facing 75years for recording police'..no one should do time for recording public officials - but these are corrupt bastards drunk on power that enjoy your misery.

Ask if you are entitled to a fail and equal trial, they will say yes, then ask, would it be a fair and equal trial if there were to be a conflict of interest, they might say no, but they might also ask were your going with this, then ask these final questions, the cop who placed charges on you, who does he represent, who did he take an oath to?

Then ask the judge who he represents, and who he took an oath to? The judge all ways gets the final say, if he works for the same people who the cop work for, then who's to say he wont pick in the side of benefit for their corporation so that they can continue

receiving revenue for executing unconstitutional laws and what I would like to know is how does this sound like a fair and equal trial? Don't you think that you are equal, like everyone else and should be entitled to a fair and equal trial, like everyone has the right to?

Ah yes the "notice of claim" and the "contract" defense - funny, I can't seem to recall anyone who mentions this nonsense ever noting it actually working. Oh, wait, I best watch out they might sue me for millions in silver. That flag has a fringe!!!!
