I just love Zuzana and the way she pushes herself to workout. It gives a LOT of motivation. Of course, looking at hot as she looks helps in a huge way. As a guy, it gives me immense motivation to try to keep up with her, although it sure is tough!!!!!!

I might not be doing this hard enough.. But for me this was a really weak workout.. Im sweating but hardly out of breath.. Did it in 15 mins.. And see my self as really out of shape.. But this was really easy sadly.. I like it when i cant move of the floor after a work out
